Which teardown should I pick?

If the problem shows up as "people visit but don't enquire or buy", pick Pipeline. If it shows up as "things fall through the cracks and I'm the one chasing", pick Workflow. If it's both, take the Roadmap. Not sure? Pick the one that keeps you up at night.

Why aren't the teardowns free?

Because they're real work, and you keep the plan. The free tools above are the same ones I use.

What if it isn't worth it?

Not worth the fee? Tell me within 14 days of getting your written plan and I'll refund it in full. You keep the plan.

Do you replace my team with AI?
