Pipeline Teardown · leads, sales and sign-ups
Find out why your visitors aren't converting. Then fix it.
Start free with the same tools I use on client sites. When you want a second pair of eyes, book a fixed-fee teardown. No free audits, no vague proposals.
90-minute call plus a written fix list. Fee credited if we work together.
Sound familiar?
People visit. Too few of them buy, book or ask for a quote.
- "Ads bring traffic. Carts fill up, then empty at shipping."
- "The quote form gets spam, not buyers."
- "Sales says the leads are bad. Marketing says sales doesn't follow up."
- "Checkout broke on mobile, and nobody noticed for a week."
What fixing it was worth

02 · The Pipeline Teardown
One call. One written fix list. A clear next step.
For B2B companies, manufacturers and online stores doing $2M to $20M. People visit, but too few of them enquire, buy or sign up. You want a senior answer before spending more on a rebuild or on ads.

- Not worth the fee? Tell me within 14 days of getting your fix list and I'll refund it in full. You keep the list.
- 4 teardowns a month, so I can do them properly
Need the operations side fixed too? The Operations and Pipeline Roadmap covers both for $5,000.

- get visitors, but too few of them enquire, buy or sign up
- see forms or carts started and then abandoned
- want a straight answer before committing to a rebuild
- are pre-revenue or still finding product fit
- already know you need a full rebuild (go straight to step 04)
- want the fixes done for you inside the call
My promise
I'll tell you what is actually costing you conversions, even when the answer isn't the website. If a rebuild isn't worth the money, I'll say so.

Why isn't the teardown free?
Because it's real work. The free part is the tools above, and they are the same ones I use. The teardown is where I apply them to your site, and you leave with something your team can ship.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. You pay for the fix list and you keep it. If a rebuild makes sense, I'll say so once and the fee comes off the project.
Who runs it?
I do, personally. I'm Peter Krzyzek, co-founder and CTO of Chykalophia.
Is it only about the sales funnel?
No. A funnel chart shows where people leave, not why. We also look at the message and the offer, trust and proof, how the pages read on a phone, speed, the forms or the checkout, and what happens after someone enquires. For an online store that includes product pages, the cart and abandoned-cart follow-up.
What if I just want to talk about a big project?
Skip the teardown and start at Chykalophia. The discovery call there is free.
