Our Business Oriented Yet Personal Weekly Review Worksheet

Our Business Oriented Yet Personal Weekly Review Worksheet

How can you know if you're improving or not in life and business if you're not somehow tracking things? If you aren't already doing so, spending some time doing a weekly review can go a long way to help keep you on track, but it can also help you uncover where your weaknesses and strengths are.

Preview of the worksheet we use. For us, we found out that we weren't that great at consistently following up with leads. While we would follow-up, we weren't consistent about it: meaning we wouldn't follow-up regularly, nor in the same ways. It was all over the place. Since we started tracking what we're doing (or not doing) during weekly meetings we're able to keep ourselves accountable. This applies to things in our personal lives for inner growth as well as business for financial growth. How you track isn't nearly as important as WHAT you track (and that you do so regularly). For our needs, we wanted to track our general productivity, sales activity, a personal review of how we thought the week was as well as how we plan to improve it (actual action steps). Each week we ask ourselves the following questions:

  1. How do you feel your week was?
  2. Do you think your week was productive (yes / no) And why?
  3. How many leads did you contact?
  4. How many sales did you close?
  5. What is your action plan for this upcoming week?
  6. Any big things to take note of about your week?
  7. How do you plan to improve this coming week?
